QUYENN Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy
QUYENN merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date you received it by mail.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Please ensure all edges of the package are securely taped to protect the contents during transit. Returns damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
Any product that arrives damaged must be reported to our Customer Service team by emailing support@quyenn.com within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the return not being approved.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days. Upon acceptance, we will immediately process your refund and send you a confirmation email. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear in your account varies depending on your Credit Card Issuer (typically between 3-14 business days).
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
